What will you do if you were me
Hello fellow asorockers. Happy New Year. Keep to your New Year resolutions and be determined to achieve it no matter what happen.
I am currently a student in the UK, so I live in a student flat. Their was this day when I was watching a BBC program called Watchdog it is about tracking down evil doers both in finance and other stuff. So I was in the living room with my fellow white folks, we were enjoying the program before the presenters started to talk about fake e-mail lottery , there are several people who have loss large sum of money to these guys. The watchdog team decided to trace it down to the source of the scam. What the fake e-mail lottery is all about is that you will receive an email from Spain informing you that after our computer generated draw you have emerge as the winner of $500,000. All you to do now is send your name, address and other details. After you supply the information they require, the scammers will reply you, informing you that you will have to pay $5,000.00 for tax and other bank charges. If you pay this $5,000.00 your money is gone
Enough of story, I was in the living room with these white guys when the Spanish police commissioner said most of these crime are committed by some West African immigrant, I was just praying that he shouldnt mention Nigeria, and before I could say amen to my prayer, the man said most of those we have arrested are from NIGERIA and we are still looking for the rest of them. And immediately all eyes was on me. So as a fast Nigerian I just said these guys are terrible, they have even tried these their scam with my dad but what they didnt know was that my dad dont give out money easily and he dont believe in lottery, he calls it an arranged public robbery by smart intellectuals So everybody just laugh at it, I rounded it up by saying in every country there are the good, the bad and the ugly. I reckon these are a set of the bad ones. I quickly jump out and straight to my room to watch the rest of the program before they show another Nigeria sin.
So my question is this if you were in my shoes, what would you have done?
I will be expecting your kind responses.
